When is the food prepared?
Food is prepared & packaged in state of the art commissary kitchen the same day it is delivered to ensure the freshest meal possible.
Can items in my order be customized?
We are not accepting custom changes to current items, but we do offer a variety of menus that meet most dietary preferences.
Can you deliver outside of the local delivery radius?
In order to maintain quality and speedy service, we do not ship and prepared meals outside of the local delivery zone.

 

However, our grill boxes and kits can ship anywhere in the continental U.S.

Who delivers the meals and on what days?
Our team of drivers delivers all our prepared food items from our kitchen to your door.

 

We currently offer delivery on Monday-Friday 9a-1pm.

Is there an ordering cut-off?
The ordering cut-off is 2 days prior to each delivery date. You can select your preferred delivery date by using the calendar option on your checkout page.
What type of packaging do you use?
Currently, we are using biodegradable sugarcane food containers; entrees come with a recycled plastic lid.

 

All of your items can be microwaved or frozen in their original packaging.

Please do NOT put them in the oven or stovetop.

 

Is the food organic?
Whenever we can we use organic ingredients, but not everything is. We do however try to purchase local produce whenever possible.
Can I order catering for my office? What about a Social Event?
Yes! That’s what we’re known for! Please contact us and we will set you with a Hospitality Partner who can get you set up with an account that comes with special menus and pricing.
What if I do not like my food? Do you offer Refunds?
We provide images, descriptions & a full list of ingredients for all of our dishes to ensure you are making the right choice for your personal preferences.

 

If you believe the dish was not properly prepared, please see below on how to obtain a refund, we will do our best to make things right!

We have a 1-day refund policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a refund.

To assist with your refund, please take a photo of the item(s) as it was when received (if possible). We will also request a detailed description of the reason you are seeking a refund (for example missing ingredients, wrong item sent). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not ship back perishable products.

We will notify you once we’ve received the request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
