This policy is valid for online, email, and phone catering orders.

Cancellations

An event and/or order can be canceled with no charges up to three (3) full business days prior to the event.

  • Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be subject to a charge of 50% of the order.

  • Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the contract.

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Relish Catering + Hospitality.  Although an event may be canceled or rescheduled, Relish Catering + Hospitality reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount or for any reason

Refunds

We provide images, descriptions & a full list of ingredients for all of our dishes to ensure you are making the right choice for your personal preferences.

If you believe the dish was not properly prepared, please see below on how to obtain a refund, we will do our best to make things right!

  • We have a 1-day refund policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a refund.
  • To assist with your refund, please take a photo of the item(s) as it was when received (if possible). We will also request a detailed description of the reason you are seeking a refund (for example missing ingredients, wrong item sent). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not ship back perishable products.

We will notify you once we’ve received the request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
